Centre News – Edition 296
We opened our doors on Monday 17th May and welcomed back the majority of our regular classes and groups to the Community Centre along with some brand new classes to start with us very soon. It is fantastic to have so many of you return and we now have the wonderful, friendly atmosphere we were used to before the pandemic.
Until Step 4, on Monday June 21st, we ask all users and visitors to continue to follow Government guidelines and policies to help keep you safe from the COVID-19 virus. We all have a responsibility to make sure we can operate the Community Centre and stay safe, and would appreciate your utmost cooperation. Please make sure you are wearing a face covering on entering the building. It is still mandatory to wear a face covering inside the Centre. Thank you for your continued cooperation.

Friday 30th July will be the day will by holding our 40th Birthday celebration Summer Party. We are busy organizing and once again, we are appealing to the community for your help. We would be very grateful for any donations of good quality soft toys for our toy tombola and items for our popular ‘prize every time’ tombola. We also would like donations of games, puzzles and small gifts for the children’s lucky dip. If anybody can spare any time on the day to either help set up, run a stall, help clear away, or to marshall the overflow car park, we would be extremely grateful. Thank you.
