Who else is joining us? Function fitness MOT tests are a range of tests designed to test your strength, balance, flexibility and co-ordination. These tests are to support you in finding what areas you need to improve within so that you can continue living a healthy and happy life. Tests include activities such as sit to stand, one leg balance and grip strength.

A gentle, community-focused well being gathering for women.
Join Anita (Yoga), Leanne (Mindfulness Teacher) and Sarah (Menopause Coach) for a nurturing and uplifting morning designed to help you feel rested, supported and inspired. Together, we’ll explore simple, practical strategies for better sleep, stress relief, mindful breathing and gentle movement.
This first gathering is centred on building trust and community. You’ll be welcomed into a women’s circle where you can show up exactly as you are, meet like minded women and begin creating your own “Well Women – Toolkit for Life.”
Refreshments and home baking are included.

This workshop has been put  together with a variety of exercises to help you nurture, grow &  evolve with your own spiritual abilities. It is important we realise as  mediums that we all work in our own way however, the intention is always  the same, to give evidence that our loved ones are simply a thought  away. Come along & join Craig on this one day workshop where he will  help you to take away some of those questions, the overthinking &  help you become a more natural 'evidential medium'.
