  IGNITE YOUR SPARK: Summer Holiday Film Project at Hayling Island Community Centre!

Are you looking for an amazing, creative outlet for your kids or teens this summer? We are absolutely thrilled to host the Hayling Island Film Project right here at the community centre this August!

 Run by the UK Film Academy, their highly experienced, qualified, and neurodiverse team of industry professionals offers affordable, top-tier training. But they are about so much more than just acting - their primary focus is on wellbeing, building self-confidence, improving mental health, and having fun as a team.

 The Details:
When: 18th - 21st August (10am - 4pm daily)

Where: Hayling Island Community Centre

Ages: 7 - 17 years (Split into age-appropriate working groups)

Give your child the chance to make new friends, build lasting confidence, and see their hard work up on the big screen!

No experience is needed and nothing is forced. Everything is offered as an invitation, and you simply do what feels right for your body on the day.

In this step-by-step guided workshop, you’ll be supported to create a striking piece. Whether you’re completely new to painting or just fancy a creative night out, this session is all about enjoying the process and building confidence as you go.

No experience needed - just come along, unwind, and let yourself get creative in a warm, welcoming space.

 Returns for another night of fun & laughter.

Russell Kane is undoubtedly one of the biggest comedy stars. This country has ever created and has been on every single Comedy? and TV show known to television owners around the country. A standout comedian of his generation Russell will be bringing his Hilarious and chaotic comedy genius to the Hayling stage so strap in!

Also on the bill is tour support for Micky Flanagan, James Ellis, and star of Live At The Apollo and the comedy actress that played Ricky Gervais’ part in the Australian Office, the hilarious Felicity Ward!!
