CONNECT4HICCA XMAS PROGRAMME
Hello!
We have some lovely FREE events on offer for eligible children aged 5 – 10 years (and younger siblings) over the Christmas holidays as follows:
THURSDAY 2ND JAN 2025 – Jack & the Beanstalk Panto at Mayflower Theatre Southampton
Starring Ashley Banjo and Diversity. We have tickets for the 2pm show, and can allocate a ticket to one adult per family to accompany the children. Children under 2 can sit on an adult lap for free. We are trying to source a coach for this so please indicate on the booking form if you need coach seats but ONLY if you cannot get there any other way.
FRIDAY 3RD JAN 2025 – SEN (special educational needs) Jiggy Wrigglers party 1-3pm at Hayling Community Centre. Also includes craft, lego and party food. This is a smaller group for children that might be overwhelmed with a large group, so spaces are limited.
FRIDAY 3RD JAN 2025 – Christmas fun day and party 4-6pm at Hayling Community Centre.
Disco, games and slush with Party #1 and will include party food too.
It is a funding requirement that these places are offered free of charge to families in receipt of benefit related free school meals, and this year you will need to obtain a code in order to book:
If you have already been issued with a HAF code this year, it is still valid.
There are a limited number of discretionary places for children without HAF codes that meet the other criteria on the booking form.
PLACES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION.
