Located at the heart of Hayling Island surrounded by a beautiful park, Hayling Island Community Centre is spacious, flexible, and equipped with all the facilities you need—making it the perfect venue for your wedding reception.
From your initial enquiry right through to the final song of the night, our dedicated team will work closely with you to ensure your big day is seamless, stress-free, and filled with cherished memories.
Your Day, Tailored Uniquely to You
At HICCA, we know that no two weddings are ever the same. That’s why we don’t believe in rigid, one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, we offer exclusive hire of our Main Hall & Room 1 (from 9:00 AM until midnight), allowing you to build a celebration that perfectly reflects your personal style, vision, and budget.
Our impressive Main Hall features capacity for up to 250 guests, a large stage for live bands or DJs, and the option of an elegant ceiling canopy to transform the space into a romantic setting. The adjoining Room 1 and fully licensed bar offer a comfortable space where guests can relax, catch up, and unwind away from the main dance floor.
Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a grand party with all your friends and family, we give you the freedom to choose what matters most to you—from catering and vendor choices to table linens, chair covers, and set-up assistance.
Exceptional Bar & Drinks Packages
Our well-stocked bar offers a wide selection of beers, wines, cocktails, and spirits at competitive prices. Our experienced Bar Manager will work directly with you to craft bespoke drinks packages—including welcome drinks, wine for the tables, and celebratory toasts—to complement your menu and budget.
(Please note: All alcohol served at your reception must be provided through our licensed bar; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited).
