Beekeeping Beginners Course (Intensive)

The beginners course is run over three complete days in order to suit busy lives. The intensive theory course is delivered over a two day period (weekend) followed by a third single day (also a weekend) to learn practical skills.

Duration: – 10 x sessions (Covering 12 modules)

Dates: - 17th & 18th February 2018 (Modules 1-10)  & 10th June 2018 (Modules 11 & 12)

Limited to twelve students per course. 

Course Background:

Keeping bees as a hobby is a rewarding, enjoyable, reasonably inexpensive and challenging pastime that will encourage you to be more familiar with your local eco-system whilst enjoying the delicious fruits of your labour! However some basic knowledge and practical skills will prevent your first few months from turning into a nightmare with a ‘sting in the tail’! 

The Sinah Common Honey Basic Beekeeping course is a modular learning programme aimed at the beginner who will have little or no previous knowledge.

  • Course only - £150
  • A deposit of £50 (Non-refundable) is required to secure a place.
  • Full fee payable within 2 weeks of course.

Basic Computer Course

6 week course starting Monday 19th February 2018

10am – 1pm

A  great opportunity for you to learn more about the basic Microsoft  Packages in your daily life to help with E-mails, Expenditure lists,  Finance Control, Writing stories, Creating presentations and so on.
